INFO & COSTS
The BASE package (5 days / 4 nights), for participants of the Cuba Con-Para 2026 Congress, has the following costs:
• Double room with private bathroom* in a Casa Particular: € 290
• Single room with private bathroom in a Casa Particular: € 435
• Double room with private bathroom* in a 5★ Nacional Hotel: € 685
• Single room with private bathroom in a 5★ Nacional Hotel: € 720
*Participants who register individually with the double option will share a room with a person of the same sex.
THE PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDES:
The fee includes:
- Bus transfer to and from José Martí Airport – Havana
- Overnight stays:
- Casas particulares* (5 nights) in a double/twin room with private bathroom and continental breakfast
or - 4 or 5 star Hotel (5 nights) in a standard double/twin room with private bathroom
- Casas particulares* (5 nights) in a double/twin room with private bathroom and continental breakfast
- Transfers departing from the Hotel Nacional by bus for visits organised as per the programme
- On-site assistance
- Basic medical and baggage insurance (€30,000 healthcare maximum – more details to this link)

* NB: The casas particulares will be located a maximum of 700 meters from the Hotel Nacional to allow participants to reach the Congress activities independently.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
- Payment Terms: 100% deposit upon booking
- Cancellation Terms:
• Within 55 days of departure: a 50% penalty will be retained
• Between 54 and 30 days of departure: a 70% penalty will be retained
• After 29 days of departure, the penalty will be equal to 100% of the package value
CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
- It is possible to activate AXA “DD10” cancellation insurance at a cost of 3% of the cost of the procedure (more information to this link)
- Cancellation insurance is not applicable to the conference registration fee.
