INFO & COSTS
The BASIC package (6 days / 5 nights) WITH NEOS FLIGHT INCLUDED, for participants of the Cuba Con-Para 2026 Congress, has the following costs:
- Flight package + double/twin room with private bathroom in a Casa Particular: 1.230 €
- Flight package + single room with private bathroom in a Casa Particular: 1.375 €
Available upgrades:
Single option at the 5* Hotel Nacional: 1.680 €
Double/twin option at the 5* Hotel Nacional: 1.645 €
*NB: Participants who register individually with the double option will share a room with a person of the same sex.
THE PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDES:
The fee includes:

- Casas particulares* (5 nights) in a double/twin room with private bathroom and continental breakfast

- Transfers departing from the Hotel Nacional by bus for visits organised as per the programme

* NB: The casas particulares will be located a maximum of 700 meters from the Hotel Nacional to allow participants to reach the Congress activities independently.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
- Payment Terms: 100% deposit upon booking
Cancellation Terms:
• Within 55 days of departure: a 50% penalty will be retained
• Between 54 and 30 days of departure: a 70% penalty will be retained
• After 29 days of departure, the penalty will be equal to 100% of the package value In the event that the cost of the flight exceeds the penalty provided for in this contract on the date of cancellation, the penalty will be increased up to the cost of the flight.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
- It is possible to activate AXA “DD10” cancellation insurance at a cost of 3% of the cost of the procedure (more information to this link)
- Cancellation insurance is not applicable to the conference registration fee.
